Rodney A. Klein, Esq.

Mr. Klein formed his own law firm in 1969. For over thirty years, he has been active in mass tort and class action cases. He has represented severely injured plaintiffs against manufacturers of defective products (oral contraceptives, Dalkon shield, DPT vaccines, heart valves, breast implants, tobacco products, etc.). He is currently working with Dr. Paikoff on cases involving Lotronex, PPA, Propulsid, and Rezulin. He is also one of the attorneys involved with the Hip & Knee Litigation Associates, which is representing clients who suffered due to defective Sulzer Inter-Op hip prostheses. As a part of the California Fen-Phen Litigation Associates, he has been involved with both personal and class action litigation against the diet drug manufacturers.

Lawrence S. Paikoff, M.D., J.D.

Dr. Paikoff is a physician-attorney who is board certified in internal medicine. He has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. Dr. Paikoff brings his medical expertise to Law Offices of Rodney A. Klein and Law Offices of Lawrence S. Paikoff and is supervising all the medical and scientific information involved in this complex practice. His background includes pharmaceutical drug testing as the Associate Medical Director for the Product Investigations Company and as Chief Public Health Official. The addition of Dr. Paikoff to our legal team has tremendously benefited the many individuals harmed by various drugs and products.

California Fen-Phen Litigation Associates

Although the Fen-Phen litigation process is nearing completion, it has been a very active part of the firm for the past few years. Mr. Klein and Dr. Paikoff have partnered with Mr. Goodwin on these cases.
